X-Ray Imaging System

PANORAMIC X-RAY

It is a system that shows all teeth, jaws, and joints. Your dentist can view all the teeth that may cause problems on the same screen in the panoramic x-ray. It is important to take the panoramic x-ray in a leaded room, wearing a lead apron and thyroid protector, in order to be protected from the secondary effects of radiology and to prevent our other organs from getting radiation.

PERIAPICAL X-RAY

These are small x-rays taken from the mouth when panoramic x-rays are insufficient for diagnosis or for control purposes in endodontic treatments. Since the dose used is very small, there is no harm to the health of you and your dentist if it is taken repeatedly in the examination rooms.

TOMOGRAPHY

It is the version of the panoramic x-ray taken with millimetric sections. Your dentist may need tomography if any surgical operation is required or if an implant is required.
