Porcelain Laminate

Who doesn't want a bright smile...

Porcelain Laminate

When we smile, we feel good, we spread our positive energy around us. Unfortunately, structural defects, perplexities, gaps in our teeth affect our smile frequency and intensity.

Porcelain laminates can be applied to deformed, intermittent teeth in order to gain a radiant smile.

Porcelain laminates (Leaf Porcelain) are created in the laboratory environment by taking measurements without any or minimum abrasion on the front surface of the teeth. Porcelain laminates with a thickness of 1 - 2 MM, which are brought to the final state by going through certain stages in 4-5 days, are adhered to the front surfaces of the teeth using strong and special adhesives in the clinical environment.

Is local anesthesia required in the porcelain laminate process?

If no caries-related treatment will be performed on the teeth to be applied, there is no need for anesthesia.

How long does it take to make porcelain laminates?

Laminates can be prepared in 4-5 days.

Can I bite something with my laminates and my front teeth?

We can use it in the same way we use our front teeth in our normal diets, even when there are laminae. Provided, of course, that you do not break a thread or break a nutshell.

Will the laminates come off?

The adhesive products used are very strong. They do not come off easily.

Can I have a laminate applied to any tooth we want?

No. Our dentist will evaluate in detail whether lamina can be applied to the teeth you request.

I'm smoking, will the laminates change color?

Just as porcelain crowns do not change color, porcelain laminates do not change color either. Discoloration with cigarettes happens in our lungs, skin, and gums.

Are porcelain laminates expensive treatment?

Yes. Because they require very sensitive devices and very finely detailed products.
